7. EvoSense Is Not Therapy or Medical Advice

  • EvoSense provides AI-powered conversation and reflection. It is not a substitute for professional mental health, legal, or medical advice or diagnosis.
  • Do not disregard or delay seeking professional help because of something from EvoSense.
  • If you are in crisis or need urgent help, contact a qualified professional or emergency services.

8. AI Disclosure

  • EvoSense conversations are generated by artificial intelligence.
  • No human reviews your conversations unless you explicitly request support or consent.
  • AI outputs are for reflection only—do not take them as facts, instructions, or actionable advice.

9. Intellectual Property (IP) & User Content
